gk23 Terms & Conditions — Rules, Rights and Responsibilities

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the gk23 platform, including the website at gk23.app, all gaming services, betting markets, promotional offers, customer support channels, and any related mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). gk23 is operated as an online entertainment and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. By registering an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

gk23 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any modification, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms wherever the capitalised terms appear.

Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the Platform is conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility criteria. gk23 reserves the right to request documentation verifying compliance with these criteria at any time.

• 1You must be at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration.
• 2You must be a natural person; corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• 3You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited under applicable law.
• 4You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of gk23 or any affiliated entity.
• 5You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update such information promptly if it changes.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of gk23 Platform services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. Each user is limited to one Account regardless of device, household, or payment method. Attempts to circumvent this rule by registering multiple Accounts constitute fraud and will result in all Accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

Account Security Obligations

• 1You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
• 2You must notify gk23 support immediately via live chat if you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• 3gk23 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain credential security or have shared your login details with another person.
• 4Prior to processing any withdrawal, gk23 may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid national ID, passport, or other accepted government-issued document. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Funds

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gk23 does not charge currency conversion fees. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the Platform.

Deposits

• 1The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, or other payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit.
• 2Funds deposited to your Account must come from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.
• 3gk23 does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activity. All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening. Deposits suspected of being linked to unlawful activity will be frozen pending investigation.

Withdrawals

• 1Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed. gk23 may at its discretion allow withdrawals via an alternative verified payment method.
• 2Verified withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on the receiving institution.
• 3Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only the real-money portion of a Balance that exceeds applicable wagering obligations is eligible for withdrawal.
• 4gk23 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation, verification request, or suspected breach of these Terms.

Bonuses and Promotions

gk23 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion under which they are granted, in addition to the general rules set out in this section. Where there is any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

• 1All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The default wagering requirement is displayed on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made.
• 2Bonuses are credited to your Account in BDT and are subject to rollover requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• 3gk23 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where it reasonably believes that fraud, collusion, or abuse of the promotional system is taking place.
• 4Only one welcome bonus per user, household, IP address, or payment method is permitted. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using different Accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• 5Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the game or games specified in the relevant promotion terms. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in those terms before withdrawal.

Gameplay and Fair Play

gk23 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment. All casino games available on the Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Live casino games are streamed from licensed studio facilities operated by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play. gk23 does not control the outcome of individual game rounds, which are determined entirely by the provider's certified systems.

• 1You must not use any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage over other users or circumvents normal gameplay mechanics.
• 2In the event of a technical malfunction, network disruption, or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, gk23 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund stakes to the Accounts of affected users. gk23's decision in such circumstances is final.
• 3Sports betting markets are offered subject to the rules of the relevant sport and competition. Settlement of bets is based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute, gk23's interpretation of the official result is final.
• 4Maximum win limits may apply to individual game rounds or betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. Winnings that exceed an applicable maximum win limit will be capped at that limit.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. A breach of any of the items listed in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• 1Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or any other financial crime.
• 2Colluding with other users to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or promotion, including chip-dumping in poker-style games.
• 3Registering more than one Account or providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• 4Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are not eligible for withdrawal and will be voided.
• 5Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic access restrictions or concealing your true identity or location.

Responsible Gaming

gk23 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that support players in managing their activity. Gaming should be a form of entertainment. If at any point your gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to affect your finances, relationships, or mental wellbeing, we encourage you to use the tools described below or contact our support team immediately.

• 1Deposit Limits: You may request a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit on your Account at any time by contacting gk23 live support. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• 2Cool-Off Period: A cool-off period temporarily suspends your access to the Platform for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a cool-off period you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. The cool-off period cannot be reversed once activated.
• 3Self-Exclusion: Self-exclusion allows you to close your Account for a defined period of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, gk23 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new Account. Any Balance remaining at the point of self-exclusion will be refunded to your verified payment method after a standard verification check.

Limitation of Liability and Amendments

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gk23 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or failure of games or betting systems to operate as expected. gk23's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gk23 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, betting market, payment method, or service on the Platform at any time and without prior notice. gk23 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from such changes. Where material changes to these Terms are made, gk23 will notify registered users by posting an updated version on the Platform. The date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
